Information About Our Farm Events


We Love Have Guests on Our Farm!

It takes a labor of love to create the incredible and relaxing atmosphere that we offer at Three Leaf Farm, and our chefs use only the finest ingredients in when preparing your meal. Of course, we use as much of the day’s harvest as we can, additional ingredients are supplemented from other local sources and our quality food purveyors.

Menus – Because our menus are based on the harvest, we are unable to provide an exact menu beforehand. Many of our events are based around a specific theme, however, to give guests a bit of an idea what they will experience. Additionally, we pride ourselves on accommodating special dietary needs. However, we must be notified at least 10 days in advance to guarantee appropriate substitutions. Notifications on the day of the event are impossible to accommodate and refunds will not be given at that time.  Please be considerate of the difference between a dietary restriction and a food preference.  Farm events are not suited to people who are not flexible with their preferences.

Wine – Colorado law prohibits us from obtaining a liquor license to sell wine. We partner with local wineries to offer on-site wine sales on the day of the event.

Seating – Seating at our events is community style, and offered as a first come, first served basis.  Please note that although we welcome large groups, you may have difficulty sitting all together, and we are unable to reserve seats in advance.  We recommend early arrival for large groups, or for groups over 15, we suggest considering hosting a private dinner.

Children – are welcome at the events but there is no discount rate for children. Children must be supervised at all times and are not allowed to go into any animal pen at any time.

Reservations and Waitlist – our Farm events tend to sell out quickly so book early if you are interested in attending. Should the event be full, we will gladly place your name on a waitlist and you will be notified if there is a cancellation. At that time you will have 24 hours to respond and make your payment, or the next person on the waitlist will be contacted and you will have forfeited that spot.

Cancellation – We accept cancellation 14 days in advance of the event with a full refund. If you cancel within 14 days, we will refund your payment only if we are able to fill your spot.

Weather – Our farm dinners and brunch are held Rain or Shine. In the event of rain, the meal is moved into the barn. Events may be cancelled due to extreme weather conditions, at which time all reservations will be refunded. If the event is held, however, there are no refunds for weather.
