Making Jams, Jellies & Chutneys

Join us at the farm with Three Leaf Farm owner and Executive Chef/ CEO of Three Leaf Concepts Chef Lenny Martinelli to learn how to make farm fresh jams, jellies, and chutneys.

Learn how to preserve foods and make delightful and different recipes, such as ginger peach chutney, strawberry basil jam, raspberry habenero, and more!

Class is limited to 10 participants to ensure an interactive, hands-on experience. Participants will have the opportunity to participate in and and make 3 different jams/chutneys to take home with them.

Please wear an apron!

Class is suitable for ages 10 and up. Participants under 15 must be accompanied by an adult. Dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated with this workshop.
