Drum Making Workshop | September 29, 6pm - 9pm
For thousands of years, the steady rhythm of a drum has been used across the world to shift perception, connect with spirit, and bring people together. Found in cultures on every continent, the drum does not belong to any one tradition—its deep, resonant beat echoes the sound of the human heartbeat. Whether used to clear stagnant energy, guide a shamanic journey, or simply to spark joy and celebration, the drum is a timeless tool for transformation and connection.
In this hands-on workshop, you will create your own traditional hand drum using a wooden frame, natural goat skin, and rawhide lacing. Over the course of two hours, we’ll guide you through each step of the process—from preparing and lacing your drum to learning techniques for “awakening” it so that it can become a living, resonant part of your practice. All supplies are included, and you’ll leave with a finished drum ready to use and cherish for years to come.

Please note: Because space in our workshops is limited and supplies are prepared in advance, we’re not able to offer refunds for no-shows or for cancellations made within two weeks of the class. We’d also love for you to arrive about 15 minutes early so you can settle in, enjoy the farm for a moment, and be ready for us to begin together right on time.
